By placing an order you are agreeing to the following terms.

Minimum Order

The minimum order is $200 before shipping and taxes.

Ordering

Use the form above to place your order.

 

When you are happy with your selection, enter your shipping and payment preferences and contact information and click the big button at the bottom to place your order. (Make sure to fill out your contact information before you submit your form.)

 

You’ll receive a finalized invoice by email within 24 hours. This invoice will include final pricing, taxes & shipping

Payment must be received before your order is shipped.

We'll need the credit card number, expiry date, 3-digit code as well as the postal code associated with the card.

You can request that your card number is kept on file for future payments.

Shipping

Orders over $500 (not including taxes) receive free shipping.

 

Black Drop is not responsible for orders after they have been shipped. Tracking numbers for orders shipped by Xpresspost are available upon request. It is the buyer's responsibility to request insurance or extra insurance, signature required for delivery or tracking for US & international orders.

 

Faster shipping available upon request.

Packaging

Each piece comes packaged in a clear resealable cello bag with a thick Black Drop tag inside for protection. 

Your order will be shipped in a protective padded package with a paper copy of the invoice. 

To reduce waste, we reuse packaging that is in good condition whenever possible.​

Display

The clear pieces display best against a white or light-coloured background.

Care Instructions

Being dropped or knocked could cause your piece damage. It is best to store your Black Drops hanging up instead of a in a jewellery box to avoid scratches and marks.

 

Wearing some piece constantly and/or exposing your piece to excess moisture or lotions/products could significantly shorten its life.

 

To clean, wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Metal portions can be polished/rubbed clean by hand. Be careful to avoid polishing the resin portion because this will destroy the smooth finish.

 

The sterling silver chains are e-coated to prevent tarnishing and can also help if someone has a metal sensitivity. Because of this coating, they cannot be chemically cleaned, but they can be polished by hand.

Materials

18” 1mm Sterling silver curb chains are e-coated to prevent tarnishing and help if someone has a mild metal allergy. Other lengths of chain are available upon request.

 

All ear wires and other findings are sterling silver.

 

Whenever possible, acrylic used for Black Drop pieces are cut from offcuts from larger orders o help redirect waste from the landfill.
